SCAM ALERT:
CONSUMER ALERT:
PHONE CALL SCAMS:
Don't rely on caller ID. Scammers can make any number or name appear on your caller ID. Even if your phone shows it's your bank calling, it could be anyone. Always be wary of incoming calls. Never share sensitive information like your bank password, PIN, or a one-time login code with someone who calls you unexpectedly - even if they say they're from your bank. #Banks Never Ask That! Whether it's a scammer impersonating your bank or a real call, stay safe by ending unexpected calls and dialing the number on the back of your bank card.
PHISHING SCAMS:
We have been notified that some of our customers are receiving text messages, like the one below, from us, informing them that their account number has been changed and urging them to click on a link. THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK! Delete the message and block the sender. We will never send you a text about a problem with your account or ask you to follow links in a text.
If you have received the message and clicked on the link, please notify us immediately.
