BOOKKEEPING REPRESENTATIVE

Citizens National Bank is currently looking for a Full-Time Bookkeeping Representative to join our team.  This position will become a backup to all bookkeeping positions over time.  The individual must demonstrate the ability to work with numbers; they must be very detailed and organized and have the ability to multi-task.  We are willing to train someone with the right personality for this position.


Qualifications:

  • Perform daily back from server to tape
  • Scan loan documents.
  • Work Incoming and Outgoing Return items in system.
  • Generate & print notices.
  • Help customers on telephone with account questions, Online Banking, Billpay and any other questions or concerns our customer may have.
  • Balance account for Billpay transactions.
  • Balance web payments to loans.
  • Balance general ledger accounts.
  • Import and load Ofac files.
  • Write up wires.
  • Send statement file at month end for processing.

RECEPTIONIST

Citizens National Bank has an immediate opening for a Receptionist.  We are looking for a positive, bubbly personality that will make our customers feel welcome.  Must be team-oriented and maintain a professional appearance and customer service attitude.  The Receptionist position requires a self motivated individual with good organizational skills and excellent communication and phone skills.  Must be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required and the ability to sit for extended period of time.  Previous customer service/receptionist experience preferred, but not required.  We are willing to train someone with the right personality for this position.


Job duties:  

  • Greeting and interact with customers & visitors and welcome them as soon as they arrive at the bank.
  • Direct customers to the correct area of the bank to conduct their business
  • Answer incoming calls in a timely manner, respond to inquiries, route calls to proper person/department
  • Prepare and mail weekly new account letters to customers.
  • Perform daily maintenance on customer accounts.
  • Take, prepare and facilitate customer check orders.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Pick up, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Answer basic customer questions in person, via phone, or email.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Learn about and become comfortable with the Bank's products and services.
  • Attend educational trainings and seminars as assigned.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

PERSONAL BANKER
 

Citizens National Bank has an immediate opening for a Personal Banker.   The Personal Banker serves as the front-line sales and service banker for Citizens National Bank prospects and customers seeking to start and grow relationships with our bank.  The Personal Banker must be team oriented and have the ability to adapt in a fun, fast paced environment.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Windows.  The Personal Banker must be self-motivated, have good organizational skills and excellent communication and phone skills.  One year customer service experience preferred, but not required.  We are willing to train someone with the right personality for this position.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, courteous and efficient customer service while performing a wide range of services including deposit account opening, servicing and maintenance including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, address changes, stop payments, account closings, transfers, processing check orders and assisting with problem resolution.
  • Answer the telephone as needed and answer routine customer questions.
  • Learn about and become comfortable with the Bank's products and services in order to effectively cross-sell to customers.
  • Attend educational trainings and seminars as assigned.
  • Duties may also include various day-to-day operational, clerical and routine tasks as assigned by management.
